Lean Thinking in Luxury Fashion

This paper is part of my International Business minor, and part of my AMB303 logistics class. This paper examines applying the theory of lean thinking to luxury fashion, which is a dichotomy of values in luxury fashion's basic proposition. It analyses Zara's supply chain to apply to other fashion houses. Eventually producing a theory to revolutionize iconic luxury fashion pieces, like the Birkin bag, to reduce costs and stream line production.
