A Lister Natural Beauty Brands

Your skin absorbs more than 60% of what is applied topically!! Including shampoos, deodorants, lotion, and makeup. Which is why it is just as important of being aware of what you put on your skin is just as important as what you eat. I made a list of some awesome brands kicking goals to go organic, natural and cruelty- free!

Started in Sydney in 2006 INIKA is an Australian owned and uses Australian ingredients to develop amazing organic cosmetics! They pride themselves on being halal, vegan, PETA approved and organically certified beauty brand. I used them as the sponsor for VAMFF runway, their cosmetics are silky and sultry, absolutely love them!

Another Aussie brand, Sukin launched in Melbourne in 2007. They identified a space in the market for an environmentally sustainable and affordable natural skincare brand. I can personally attest their facial moisturizer is a winner! Probably one of my best sustainable finds this year!
Vegan// Eco-Conscious// Cruelty-Free
I first found Sienna nail polish in the boutiques in Brisbane and learned more about them from my work with Undress. Their nail polish is unreal! Based in Byron, Sienna produces vegan nail polish, free from nasty chemicals. Their bottle caps come from non-native trees sustainably removed for forest sustainability and use soy ink when possible.

Founded in 2011 in a Seattle kitchen, Herbivore has taken off as skincare and wellness brand. They use natural, ‘active’ ingredients to develop pure and effective products. They are pretty clear in listing all the ingredients used in any product like, French pink clay, aloe, and rose. I personally can’t wait to try the Blue Tansy Resurfacing Clarity Mask!
Natural// Eco-Conscious// Cruelty-Free
Using original medicines and techniques from the Indigenous Australians, Rohr Remedy develops an awesome natural skincare range. Combining ancient knowledge, bush medicines, and dermatological science, their moisturizers are perfect for repairing damage from the Aussie sun.
