VAMFF

First time volunteering for VAMFF I went for the position as the Collections Assistant and BOH Dresser.

Even though I have managed shows, organized shows and at one point helped design for MBFF, VAMFF has been the largest runway/production I have worked with. It was an awesome experience working with some great volunteers and seeing how many people work behind the scenes to pull off a production this large. Especially as the event company is only run by 6 people and they develop the entire show, from designers to production.

There was a lot of shoe taping involved, but still learned some tricks and tips. Working with VAMFF gives great insight into how I can continue to improve my own events and runways.
